The order I placed for delivery to my mother in Michigan was fine. The order I received from my daughter in Washington Sate was left in the hot sun too long, resulting in some very unusual variations on tulips.
I know that your product will arrive in a timely fashion, and will be as fresh as possible without picking them myself.

It was a really good experience. Deliverly charges are still rather high - but was delivered on time and I was notified right after items were delivered.
There are too many additional cost to send flowers. You have tax, delivery charge, care & handling + the free vase is not free! It is amazing that a $19.99 order turns into almost $40.

sent 2 dzn red roses to my 85 yr old mother.. she was in awe of the beauty and long life of the roses. she has told everyone in the park about them , even my 94 yr old step father has told all of his men friends about them. she coments every day about how pretty or how they are opening up and how she loves them. thank you for helping to make her mothers day a very memorable one, and the price was great.. thanks again.

I have had several orders from Proflowers, but I am very disappointed in the last order my wife received for Mother's Day. The flowers were in terrible condition and only lasted one day before she threw them away.

My first order arrived and was left at the back door for over 3 hours the flowers were dead. Then I had to call and new flowers were sent. Those were also left but found quickly and seemed to be ok. Overall i'm not happy with experience and will probably not order again.
