I ordered a pineapple mac nut bread specifically because it advertised to ship by Mother's day. Mother's day was Sunday - the bread didn't make it until Tuesday 5:00 pm (according to the tracking number. My mother didn't receive a gift for Mother's day

My mother commented on the high-quality of the flowers. As an aside ... she said that H & D "flowers are better than the fruit." Not to say your fruit stuff is bad ... I like it very much.
I've always been pleased with H & D gifts.

Terrible experience. What I thought would be delivered the next day was actually given a delivery date of February 2013 and with no notification to me. When I contacted H & D by phone was told item was out of season. Well, then it should have been 'out of catalogue.' Yet the person I spoke with had the nerve to try to sell me something else when she knew I was upset. Never plan to use H & D again, nor do I intend to recommend to anyone else!

I was pleased and the people who received the gifts were equally as pleased with the items I sent.I've never been disappointed in products I have ordered from Harry and David.
I have always found your site to be very informative and helpful in finding the selection I wanted. I have found that when an item has sold out I could find an alternate that I was happy with as well. Your online site is lovely. I feel that I know what I am ordering and it looks like what I ordered when I see the actual item delivered. I am very, very satisfied
