One box of the sheet protectors had been opened (the inside plastic wrap was missing), but otherwise my purchase was complete, delivered in a timely manner and met my expectations.
Shipping rates are a little steep.

Not happy with the Max Perk rewards: we re-cycle takes forver to get reward points: Also all cupon's are for purchase $100 to $150. I think you havecut back on your rewards and cupons.

The Mentos I ordered are either a sub-standard product or very old. Two out of the three packages I ordered were open and the Mentos were loose in the package. The quality of the Mentos is definitely sub-standard. However, I needed them for a convention and therefore, had to use them.

I ordered two printer cartridges for my Canon printer. It took just over two days for these items to be delivered. When they did arrive I found one of the cartridge boxes to have been almost crushed. While the cartridge itself was not damaged, I was upset that the delivery service was unable to deliver these items in a more professional manner.

Every was good except for the way it was put in the box. The nook was placed in the bottom of the box with some packing over it. The nook simply slid around of the bottom of the box with only the cardboard of the box potecting it. It should have had packing on both sides. We that said it does work well. You were lucky this time.

My order was sent it a plastic packaging with no padding. The boxes were smashed, however I checked the CD and it does not appear to be damaged at all. I have not installed the CD yet so do not know if there was any damage done to it.
