Great store with lots of items at fair prices. The towel bar should have had a template with it to mark everything on the wall. It would have been a lot easier, for one person, to hang.When I received the order, there was a catalog and while glancing through that, I found the wooden flush-mount floor vents at a fair price and several options. I'll be ordering those shortly.The one thing I DID find was the operators didn't have enough information to answer my questions, however, when I asked if they were just guessing at the answer, the admitted that and sent me over to someone who actually knew what he was talking about. Much better.
Great website and I especially like all the information about the product you give, which others don't. They should look to you for web design abnd product information. It's essential to purchase. I tried to call and order that way, but couldn't get through and if I didn't have enough info, I would have gone elsewhere. But as it turned out, I was able to order online.

Good selections and prompt shipping, but the wall mount sink I ordered did not include any mounting hardware or instructions. No response from customer service.
