This particular chair was smaller than what we expected. It was not a problem for us since we needed another chair for a smaller person. We have since ordered a similar, larger chair from BizChair.
We have purchased chairs from BizChair for many years and have been very satisfied.

We ordered 7 chairs at $170 each and now we are told that it was not delivered by FedEx but by a trucking company and they will not deliver it inside our office. The office is in Tulsa and our corp office is in Texas. I did not realize when ordering that our ladies may need to bring in large chairs. Not happy at all!

The chair is not nearly as plush as the description indicates. My prior chair that I purchased from you was much more comfortable. I have had lower back surgery so the lumbar part of this chair gives good support. Overall I'm disappointed with the comfort of the chair.

Fedex lost the shipment for 24 hours so the blame for late delivery is there not on BizChair. Lots of choices instock and decent prices compared to other office companies that I looked at.
