There was a thumb-size indention on the shipping box and it went through and made an indention on the backing of the framed share. It will be hung on the wall and will not show, but I was disappointed that this probably happened during shipping by UPS.

I paid the price for the share, but with transefer fees it dou8bled the price! all the other add ons pushed the price to four times what the stock was worth... :( The stock is beautiful though!

Very pleased with one share. I purchase the items for my children. When birthdays and holidays arise, they request oneshare.
This is a lifesaver!! GIving stocks as gifts is the perfect idea. Now my children are reviewing the stock market and are more aware as to how they are spending their money.

i like the site... i buy from you often (check your records) however, the few times i had to call cust. service, well lets just say that i've had more friendly people over the phone in my lifetime, & i'm 60 yrs. old... they were a little sharpe, curt, etc.
well for the most part, i like it... however, i've had my problems with site in the past... (example) i bought a share of stock a few months ago, & it was NOT what was shown on the site... i had to call a couple of times to get this corrected...

Hello , there is just a little thing , sometimes when I order a certificate without the frame , the document got loose from the holder and is easy to the paper to get wrinkles , we know how the fedex delivery persons treat our packages , so maybe if they can do something to prevent this ... will be great .
