ORDERED ON MAY 2ND, CALLED TWICE WHEN THE PROMISE OF 3 TO 5 DAY SHIPPING DID NOT MATERIALIZE. I WAS ABOUT 20 MINUTES AWAY FROM CANCELLING ORDER WHEN A CALL ADVISED THAT THE ITEM HAD SHIPPED. FINALLY RECEIVED ON THE 17TH----SO MUCH FOR 3-5 DAY SHIPPING!!!!! MAY NOT BE GANDER MTN FAULT BUT SOMEONE SHOULD DETERMINE WHO DROPPED THE BALL & MAKE SURE IT DOES NOT HAPPEN AGAIN.

Wish I could order everything i wanted from Gander Mtn. Good prices and free shipping. But they don't have the largest selection. Had to order some from Cabelas.
Free shipping is WONDERFUL. I would have ordered all my fishing tackle but you didn't have what I wanted, only the fishing line.

I ordered a Moultrie 15 gal. boomless sprayer and still waiting for soom missing parts. I called moultrie service department and they said they would send the parts,still waiting!!!!

products shipped directly from gander mt no problem.items drop shipped from the mfg info supplied on line is bogus.supplier stated ship fed ex sbhip # had to many numbers, fed ex said it couldnt be theres. gander mt could not find out til the following day when the package would arrive notified by phone no tracking number avaiolable.

Great trekking poles! I can't wait to use them. They are lightweight and easy to change height. They arrived on time.
