I have been looking for a year and couldn't find the 3 section lounge cushions anywhere. All of our Kmarts are closed up so I didn't think to look for a KMart online. I have added that to my online browsing list now. We no longer have a KMart store in our area. I'm glad that I can still order from Kmart online because the prices are great!

I have not received my order yet and I paid extra for two day shipping because it is a birthday gift and the party is tonight! I hope it comes in today. The main problem with the local K-Marts in this area is "Limited Products" and accessability. Have to wonder all over store looking for an item unless you get lucky and find someone, with store knowledge, you can ask.

Had hoped to order Jaclyn Smith Palmero Chaise Lounge from 2011 to complete my entire setting, but settled for matching chaise pad with hopes to find a lounge as a subitute that will blend in. Any lounges available? Had hoped to find Jaclyn Smith Today Palermo Lounge Chair. This would complete my entire set. I've not been able to find the frame.

I was very disappointed as 2 items I had ordered came broken and they were in 2 different shipments! Now one of the items is out of stock so not sure I will be able to receive it at all this season.

Everything worked out in the end however a couple of hours after not receiving an email confirmation I contact (by live chat) customer service. Even at that point they could not confirm my order, saying they had no record. I was asked if I wanted to use a credit card to purchase even though I already used PayPal. Eventually the order showed up at Kmart. I think it should be posted that the procedure may take several hours. Customer Service Rep "Porter" was very helpful and very polite! I am thrilled to find out that I can order on-line and pick up in store!!! I'll use this often!

The TV box was damaged, but the box that the TV box was in was undamaged. It looks like the TV box was damaged when it was packaged for shipment. First time on the site, and found it easy to use. Most importantly, the site did not lock up.

I could not find these black cloth shoes at the local Kmarts and am very pleased that now I can get them via the Internet. I look for this particular shoe at your store and usually cannot find then so today I tried the Internet - and found them !!!!
