I placed an order right before christmas and I was told that I would get my order in a short period of time, it took over three weeks for me to get my order. I sent a few e-mails and told the order was shipping out soon, over 21 days later my product finally shipped. I asked when it was going to ship and no one could tell me the date besides soon, I dont call a month, soon. do you? I also called before I placed my order and asked some basic questions about the product and I did not get the information I was asking for. If I was told it was going to take almost 30 days for my product to ship I would have spent my money else where. It is very important that the person spending money is told the truth.
I got the best price from horticulturesource.com Every other place was $30 to $40 dollars more expensive. The only thing I would say is to wright more info on your water pumps, C.A.P. XTREME pumps on the web page, like type of fittings, watts, and amps. Other than that I had a good time saving money!!
