Easy to find items I needed and had no problems with the entire procedure. Items arrived , were packaged nicely and were all in one piece. Very pleasant experience.

you did not have the umbrella in stock. When I selected another item, this was also not available. I finally canceled my order, but the charge is still on my credit card and no reversal has been made.
This is the right price and the right color fo rmy backyard

we like the umbrella but it came with4 spots that look like oil. We are waiting to speak with customer service.
we were surprised to find the same tilt umbrella to replace ours. Free shipping was important. Hope this comes as soon as promised.

The umbrella if very nice and well constructed. The wood pole was a bit of a disappointment and my only reason for not 100% satisfied. Unfortunately the new umbrella shares a spot on the deck with the 11'Teak Market Umbrella I bought 2 years ago from you. It has a natural teak pole and great mechanism for opening and closing. It also cost 2x as much. Oh Well, signs of the economic climate.

The box was damaged but my umbrella was fine except the top finial was missingbecause the box had been damaged but I called and they said they would send a new one

It seems a bit bizarre in these days, not to know how much customs is going to charge. Most online sites advise upfront, before final purchase. In this case, $85 on less that $500 seems high and truly surprised me.
Had trouble with the shipping and credit card addresses matching. I finally called the c card company and discovered that your requirements regarding the order of street number and suite number are not as flexible as most companies online. In fact, your phone order person was not able to tell me correctly, in what order you wanted the info. A bit frustrating, but I've got it figured out now.

Product(patio umbrella)offered an array of color options with the caveat that web presntation could be flawed. It was. A better way,with patience,would be to request color samples
